Can you provide examples of the types of exclusive events and experiences you have curated for high-earning families in the past?

We cannot provide the names of our Clients, nor can we expressly mention the custom events tailored to them as those events could help someone identify our Client base. We prioritize discretion. 

However, we will happily provide generalized themed events that we have done for Clients. We can share this information during our one-on-one consultations.

Are there different service packages available, and how do they cater to varying needs and budgets?

Due to our bespoke event planning, we do not offer service packages. We start from the ground up with each Client and each event. We can happily provide event cost estimations for interested parties upon request. 

How far in advance should clients contact you to ensure the best planning and execution of their events?

Creating exclusive events requires collaborating with leading third-party entertainment groups, crafting custom decorations, and coordinating installations for the event alongside standard party fair like catering and 

We need as much time as possible to plan and execute these events properly. If our team determines we will not have enough time to fully execute your vision, we will end our conversation there and provide alternative recommendations. At Elite Experiences & Events, rushing the process means selling your vision short.

Is Elite Experiences & Events able to handle last-minute requests or changes to event plans?

We and our partners understand that last-minute requests happen. We will do our utmost to include those updates and/or changes. Our Clients also understand there are additional costs associated with expedited project changes and last-minute ideas. We involve our Clients throughout the process to minimize the risk of any last-minute changes or requests coming in. We want Clients to have approval (both written and verbal) throughout the process to ensure the event lives up to their standards.
